  • Specialized evaluation and management of disorders affecting the autonomic nervous system, including Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and other causes of orthostatic intolerance.

    Care may include:

    • POTS evaluation and management

    • Orthostatic intolerance

    • Dizziness, lightheadedness, and near-syncope

    • Unexplained rapid heart rate with standing

    • Palpitations associated with position or activity

    • Syncope and recurrent fainting

    • Orthostatic hypotension

    • Inappropriate sinus tachycardia

    • Autonomic symptoms associated with fatigue, exercise intolerance, or heat intolerance

  • Dysautonomia often requires more than a single visit to understand the full clinical picture. Our smaller practice model allows for closer follow-up and step-by-step adjustment of treatment as symptoms, testing, and response to therapy evolve.

    Our goal is to develop a practical, individualized plan that improves daily function while continuing to evaluate symptoms that remain unexplained.
