The Nitovo Difference
Nitovo Healthcare is led by two experienced physicians Dr(s). Suresh and Anastasiia Neelagaru, who remain directly involved in patient care. Because we maintain smaller patient panels, we can provide timely follow-up, reassess unresolved concerns more frequently, and adjust treatment as new information becomes available. This allows us to investigate complex issues methodically rather than allowing months to pass between visits.
Physician-Led Care
Your care is directed by experienced physicians—not transferred through layers of corporate administration.
Timely Follow-Up
When a condition requires closer attention, follow-up visits can occur at clinically appropriate intervals rather than being delayed for months. We recommend to address 1-2 problmes per visit to fully evaluate each medical concern.
Focused Problem-Solving
Persistent or complex concerns are evaluated over time, with treatment adjusted based on symptoms, testing, and response.
Continuity Across Visits
Your physician becomes familiar with your history, priorities, and clinical course instead of treating each appointment as an isolated encounter.
Specialized Expertise
Nitovo Healthcare combines broad medical experience with focused expertise in primary care, hormonal and metabolic health, cardiovascular medicine, dysautonomia, and POTS.
“In a time when many doctors are leaving New Mexico’s healthcare system, we have chosen to stay—because we believe in this community.
We are here to focus on what matters most: your health. But we can’t do it alone.
To truly care for you, we need you to participate in your care with us. That means showing up for appointments on time, completing all required paperwork , obtaining medical records and tests results by yourself, keeping your insurance information up to date, and bringing your medication bottles to every appointment.
Help us practice medicine, by doing the secretarial work related to your health care on your own.
These small steps make a big difference—and they allow us to spend less time on admin and more time on you.
This is your care. Let’s do it together. We need your help to make this work for you.”
~ Dr(s). Anastasiia and Suresh Neelagaru
Is Nitovo Healthcare Right for You?
Nitovo Healthcare is best suited for patients who are comfortable taking an active role in the administrative side of their care.
Patients should be:
Comfortable using email and text messaging for administrative communication or have a tech-savvy and loving family member to help you
Able to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments online
Prepared to pay applicable charges (co-pays, ect) at the time of service, particularly with high-deductible insurance plans
Willing to obtain outside laboratory results, test reports, and medical records before appointments
Comfortable using patient portals, such as MyChart, My Health to access and share necessary documents
Able to follow up directly with referral offices, testing facilities, and other healthcare organizations when needed
We recognize that every patient has different needs and preferences. If online scheduling, digital communication, and active participation in administrative follow-up do not suit you, a larger healthcare organization with centralized scheduling and support services may be a better fit.
Choosing a practice that matches your needs helps create a better experience for both patients and physicians.
